Meet Our Doctors
History
Dr. Richard M. Oglesby and his wife Carole opened Greenbriar Animal Hospital in 1997. Following a year of tremendous growth, planning for a larger hospital began. The present 5,000 sq. ft. hospital opened in November 2001 and includes cat and dog waiting areas, five exam rooms, a surgery, radiology, central treatment, pharmacy, office, grooming and boarding areas. We perform many surgeries using the latest anesthetic monitoring equipment including pulse oximetry, capnometry, blood pressure, IV pumps and body temperature control units. We have an extensive laboratory to perform many blood and fluid tests and can perform professional dental procedures including full-mouth digital x-rays, as well as full body digital x-rays. We have the Tonovet for measuring eye pressures (glaucoma) and a K Laser for laser therapy.
